Each online order is made to order unless currently carried in the shop. Please allow 3-5 business days from time of purchase for your order to ship. If for any reason, we anticipate a longer stretch of time between order and shipment, we will contact you directly. We ship all orders with USPS First Class mail. Depending on weight of your purchase, shipping rates vary from $3.21-$7.00 per package. Should you require your order by a certain date or would like to opt for a faster delivery time, contact us using our contact form and we will respond within 24 hours with options (USPS, UPS, Fedex) and estimated cost.
We hope you love your piece as much as we do. We are a small business growing our social impact brand and currently do not offer returns at this time. All sales are final.
If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may contact us about an exchange. All inquiries will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please message us within 14 days of receipt. All exchanged goods must be unused and in their original condition.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels. Customer is responsible for shipping.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your original item. We will also notify you of the approval of your exchange and when your exchanged item ships.
Any difference in cost between the exchanged item and original item will be invoiced or credited to customer. In event of a partial refund, please allow 3-8 business days upon receipt of your item(s).
